I have had this happen to me 3 times in 2 months. After holding for what seemed like FOREVER, I was finally put on the line with an agent only to tell me I had to fax and afidavit in. After I did that they contacted me through e-mail (even though I had stated I wanted to be contacted by PHONE) and told me I was in error and it hadn't been taken out 3 times. I didn't get my money back. This last time was just this morning and I had made a purchase to Sephora.com for $3.22. I only had $4.00 in my account at the time I made the online purchase (11/30). The money was took out and my balance was .88. Later that day yesterday I had a payment from an Etsy listing of $7.00. This morning I looked online and my they had took the Sephora purchase out AGAIN and my balance was reflected with it. I called paypal and they gave me the same BS excuse that the transaction was on "hold" and not charged.. It's so stupid. I hate paypal!!!! And a year later they’re still having problems…
